We are a marketplace, not a party

The forage contract is between buyer and producer. FoderTorget introduces the parties and keeps track of the terms, but is not a party to the sale and sells no forage.

About the forage analyses

The nutritional values come from the producer's own analysis report. We extract the values automatically and the producer reviews them before they are published. We cannot guarantee that a report is representative of every bale in the batch — a forage analysis describes the sample that was submitted.

Low sugar

The "Low sugar" label means the analysed sample was below 100 g sugar per kg dry matter. It is a search aid, not veterinary advice. Consult a vet or a feed adviser if your horse has laminitis or another condition.

Conduct

Do not list forage you do not have, and do not use the platform to harvest contact details. Accounts that do are suspended.
