We never collect personal identity numbers

FoderTorget never asks for a Swedish personal identity number and has no column for one. A sole trader's company registration number is personal data and is treated as such — it is never shown publicly.

What we store

Name, email, phone if you provide it, your farm details, your listings and your requests. IP addresses are stored to investigate abuse and are deleted after 90 days.

Where your farm is shown

By default the farm position is shown at postcode level. Showing the exact position is an active choice you make yourself. Distance calculation in search is equally accurate either way — the setting only controls what others see.

Erasure and seven-year retention

You can ask for your account to be erased. We then remove what identifies you: name, email, phone, address, messages and IP addresses. Completed transactions remain without personal data, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires accounting records to be kept for seven years. What remains is a row showing that a sale happened, but not who made it.

Cookies

We use a single cookie, the one that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and therefore requires no consent. We have no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to a copy of your data, to rectification and to erasure. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
